1、FRM奖学金申请条件：考生需要先报名缴纳费用，再提交奖学金申请。奖学金申请通过之后，就会返还Exam registration fee（即考试报名费），也就是说考生们只需要缴纳400刀的enrollment fee。FRM奖学金只适用于FRM一级考试的考试费用，FRM二级是不适用于该奖学金。奖学金的发放是基于申请者自身的优点来定的，并且GARP协会拥有全权决定的权利。
2、申请资格：GARP offers scholarships to full-time graduate-level students and university faculty members taking the FRM Exam Part I only.1、本科在读或证书项目的学生是没有资格申请奖学金，并且就算申请了也不予考虑的；2、教职人员只要能提供全职雇佣就有申请奖学金的资格；3、学生申请奖学金必须提交报名考试期间是全日制研究生的入学证明。
3、填写申请表：申请FRM考试奖学金需要填写相关的申请表，填老揉孟阼写提交之后，协会会根据考生提交的信息进行审核，符合申请资格的考生协会会邮件通知。考生也可登陆到协会官网查看获得奖学金的人员名单。GARP协会原文：GARP Scholarships cover the cost of the Exam Registration Fee for the FRM Exam Part I only. Scholarships are not available for the FRM Exam Part II. Scholarships are awarded based on merit and the final decision is at the sole discretion of GARP.
4、截止日期：申请2017年5月FRM考试奖学金的考生，必须使GARP协会在2017年第二阶段报名截止前（即2017年2月28日之前）发送邮件，否则是不予考虑的。
