1、Click Calendar in Outlook在邮箱中点击日历
2、Outlook 2010:Click New Meeting Request 点击新建会议要求Outlook 2007:Click New → Meeting Request 点击新建→会议要求
3、First type the email ad蟠校盯昂dress of your meeting members, then type the subject name.首先输入你的会议成员的邮箱地址,然后输入会议主题。
4、Click Rooms…点击会议室
5、Select the location where you want to hold the meeting. Here I s髫潋啜缅elect Meeting Room Shanghai. Double Click the Meeting Room, Click OK.选择一个开会的位置,这里我选择了上海会议室。双击上海会议室,点击确定。
6、Select a Start time and End time. Click Send.选择会议的开始时间和结束时间,点击发送。
