1、首先在命令行输入ls，出现(hd0) (hd0,msdos10) (hd0,msdos9)(hd0,msdos8)....
2、然后查看每个盘：ls (hd0,1)/grubls (hd0,2)/grub……直到某个盘下出现若干文件，则该盘为linux所在盘。
3、假设查到（hd,9）/grub下有一系列文件，则运行下面指令：set root=(hd0,9)set prefix=(hd0,9)/grubinsmod normalnormal
4、成功的话就能看到引导菜单了，然后进入linux，修复grub：调出终端sudo update-grubsudo grub-install /dev/sda成功后邓咀挚垡重启就行了，但是依旧没能让系统默认windows引导，如果有知道的大神请一定告诉我。
