1、出现这种问题首先检查你的itunes版本，启动itunes，点击帮助，如下图所示
2、在帮助菜单下方我们先检查更新，如果是有新版本我们选择升级，如下图所示
3、接着在帮助下方点击运行诊断程序，如下图所示
4、我们选择测试网络连接和设备联通性，点击下一步按钮，如下图所示
5、根据提示向导完成测试，如下图所示
6、一般来说进过itunes修复系统可以恢复，如果不行，接下来进入C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc找到host文件，右键单击选择打开方式，如下图所示
7、我们选择以记事本打开，如下图所示
8、首先删除hosts文件所有内容，如下图所示
