1、第一步：打开我的电脑，找到hosts文件 。路径为：C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc
2、第二步：以记事本的格式打开hosts文件。没有记事本也可以以word形式打开。
3、第三步：把hosts这两句话，删掉就好了0.0.0.0 dlied1.11.com ，0.0.0.0 down.qq.com
